Join us in a triple celebration to launch our residency season at 115 Taranaki Street:

We have partnered with our friends Urban Dream Brokerage to bring you a week’s worth of AAA programme activities in the space, starting at 6pm on Saturday 20 April at 6pm. 

Come along for kai, kōrero and the launch of artist Marc Conaco’s new artwork Nganong mahadlok ka nako? (Why are you afraid of me?). The exhibition will be open to the public until Friday 3 May.

We will also celebrate the launch of Satellites’ new-look new-direction programme for 2024. Join the Satellites team to take a look at the new online archive of Aotearoa Asian artists and their work, and hear about the online publishing and international artists programme that will also be unfolding throughout the year. 

Many thanks to Satellites for their mahi, and to Urban Dream Brokerage for enabling this residency and welcoming artists from all backgrounds to our city.
